🎓 What is a Post Doc Research Fellow?

A Post Doc Research Fellow, often called a postdoctoral research fellow or simply postdoc, refers to a trained researcher who has recently completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and engages in advanced, specialized research under the supervision of a senior academic. In essence, the role meaning centers on producing high-impact research while gaining teaching or administrative experience.
