Verifies and documents participants' eligibility for HEP services.

Facilitates participants' transition to HEP services.

Communicates with other program staff about participants' needs.

Ensures that annual outreach and recruitment goals for the program are met.

Assists in the development and management of the residential program.

Other duties as assigned to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment and student services.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of professional experience supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
• At least one year working in an educational program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with social media.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to potential participants' needs.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GED preparation.
• Experience with recruitment and/or educational outreach.
• Migrant seasonal farm-worker background or experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.
