Description of Job Function
- Coordinates the daily aspect of the program to ensure students are supported through the enrollment process and transition successfully into the college.
- Supports a variety of department projects and initiatives, including managing student call campaigns, presentations, events, and workshops.
- Works with the Assistant Director to collect and analyze data, compile statistical reports, and presents program results as requested. Ensures program impact through on-going assessment and evaluation.
- Provides monthly department status reports tracking all activities, projects and work conducted as requested by leadership.
- Ensures that all information is routinely updated, accurate and consistent on all platforms, including the website and the learning management system.
- In collaboration with the Assistant Director, plans and provides training opportunities for college staff in support of the goals of the program.
- Serves as a point of contact for program inquiries from students, faculty, staff and community partners.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Education
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.
Other Required Qualifications
One (1) year of experience working with students in an educational setting.

- Knowledge of college's educational policies, procedures, and admission requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments in order to resolve student issues to full resolution.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to use technology and multiple software programs including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism in addressing complex matters.
General Working Conditions
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and within the community staffed by professional and student staff members. The individual in this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, die cut machines, laminators, and fax machines. Some position responsibilities require tasks outside of the office, in either a classroom setting, programming venue, or outdoors.
While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Typical physical competencies include but are not limited to frequently remaining stationary, moving, reaching, positioning self and occasionally ascending/descending, lifting/moving objects weighing between 25 pounds. This job also entails frequently communicating, discerning and exchanging information, detecting and perceiving objects up close, at a distance, and the ability to adjust focus. Cognitive abilities include but are not limited to frequently using discretion, judgment, reasoning, memory, learning, maintaining confidentiality, comprehension, problem solving, and decision-making.
