Becca Tennant is a Specialist Projects staff member in the Transformation and Improvement (TIMP) team within the Operations division at the University of Otago, located in Dunedin at 62 Albany Street. The team supports the university through the Director's Office, Business Process Management Office, Enterprise Project Management Office, and Strategic Programme Delivery Unit, contributing to operational transformation, business process management, project management, and strategic initiatives.

In 2015, Becca Tennant served as an IT Support Consultant in the Corporate Support department, where she joined colleagues from various areas including Geology, Human Resources, and Student Services to inspect the first magnolia blossoms on campus, marking the onset of spring.
