Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Eastern (Jan. 14, Jan. 28, Feb. 11, Feb. 25, Mar. 11, Mar. 25, Apr. 8, Apr. 22). Course Description: This course is designed to introduce and explore concepts and practices of project management. Students will apply the skills and tools taught in the class to in-class assignments as well as to projects in other courses and in the workplace. The course covers a broad range of topics ranging from the knowledge necessary to execute a project to the management and leadership of project activities within an organization. Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Master's or doctorate in a field related to Project Management, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering Management (18 hours minimum graduate coursework). Strong commitment to excellence in teaching. Candidates should embody the University's commitment to student success and inclusive excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Five years' work experience managing projects and/or course-related applied projects.
