Bimbi Gray serves as a Lecturer (Teaching Scholar) and Course Coordinator for the Osteopathy program within the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University. A registered practicing osteopath, she holds a Bachelor of Clinical Science (BClinSc), Bachelor of Naturopathy (BNat), and Master of Osteopathic Medicine (MOstMed), all obtained from Southern Cross University. She coordinates the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies) and Master of Osteopathic Medicine programs. Currently pursuing PhD research focused on osteoarthritis and knowledge translation, her efforts promote evidence-based care among healthcare professionals. Gray teaches core osteopathy units, including Work Integrated Learning in Osteopathic Medicine and Transition to Practice, where she integrates research and critical thinking. She supervises Master's students in musculoskeletal care, clinical education, and osteoarthritis management.
Her research specializations encompass osteoarthritis research, knowledge translation, evidence-based practice in osteopathy, musculoskeletal care, and clinical education. With 292 citations noted, her contributions support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Gray collaborates with Arthritis Australia, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), and Osteopathy Australia to enhance osteoarthritis care and health education in the osteopathy profession. She is a member of the RACGP OA Guideline Working Group, Osteopathy Australia Education Committee, and AOAC Accreditation Standards Working Group.
