Jeremy Nadler serves as Teaching Professor and CTWE Undergraduate Advisor in the School of Inclusive Teacher Education within the College of Education and Human Development at Bowling Green State University. He holds an M.Ed. and is a key leader of the Career Technical Workforce Education (CTWE) program, which prepares individuals with a state teaching license to instruct in career-technical programs across Ohio. Under the leadership of Nadler alongside DJ Kern-Blystone, Cindy Ross, and Dawn Thompson, the program expanded significantly from 21 students in 2013 to 350 students in 2020. This growth was supported by personalized advising, in-class modules, partnerships, and high performance on licensing assessments. In 2021, the CTWE program received the Outstanding Advising and Mentoring Program Award for its innovative approaches, including software utilization and creative responses to student needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the program offered additional virtual sessions and developed a Career Tech Teacher Resource website to facilitate transitions to online and hybrid teaching formats.
Nadler co-authored the peer-reviewed article 'Digital Tools to Promote Remote Lesson Study,' published in 2021 in the International Journal for Lesson and Learning Studies (Volume 10, Issue 2, pages 187-201). The publication, with co-authors Joanna C. Weaver, Gabriel T. Matney, Allison M. Goedde, and Nancy Patterson, explores technology applications in collaborative teacher research, lesson study, and remote learning in teacher education contexts. He teaches courses such as EDWF 4630 Teaching and Learning Strategies for Adults, EDWF 2000 Introduction to Career Tech Workforce Education, EDWF 5670 Teaching and Learning in Career Tech Workforce Education, and EDWF 4700 Studies in Career Tech Workforce Education. Nadler has been recognized for five years of service to Bowling Green State University in 2025 and contributed to faculty senate discussions on program development in 2020. His office is located in 511 Education Building.
