Dr. Jillian Orford is a consultant paediatric surgeon offering medical services at Perth Children's Hospital, Midland Public Hospital, and multiple private hospitals in Perth, Western Australia. She earned her medical degree from the University of Western Australia in 1985, a PhD, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from Curtin University. Early in her career, she served as a medical professional in the Department of Academic Surgery at Children's Hospital at Westmead from January 1996 to June 2000. Orford is actively engaged in teaching medical undergraduates and postgraduates, with a focus on evidence-based best practice and quality assurance in medicine.
