Dr. Joo Yeon Park is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Information Technology at Murdoch University. Her research specializations include technology entrepreneurship and education, social influences on technology acceptance, blockchain adoption in supply chains and digital payment systems, the impact of generative AI on entrepreneurial career intentions, gamified social interactions for Generation Z in the metaverse, and intelligent video surveillance systems using IoT for crime prevention. Park investigates critical trust factors such as privacy, security, regulation, and transparency to facilitate blockchain integration, with applications explored in developing economies like Bhutan.
