Dr. Kolleen Miller-Rosser is a Lecturer (Teaching Scholar) in Nursing within the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University. She holds a Diploma in Nursing from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Science in Nursing from Charles Sturt University, and a PhD from Monash University, awarded in 2009. With over 25 years in the nursing profession, she began her career in nursing education in Saudi Arabia and later joined Southern Cross University at the Coffs Harbour campus. Dr. Miller-Rosser is passionate about nursing and dedicated to facilitating the transition of student nurses into the profession. She teaches first-year nursing students subjects including the history of nursing, nursing law, and fundamental clinical skills. Her areas of expertise encompass paediatrics, clinical supervision, clinical teaching, and nursing historiography.
Dr. Miller-Rosser's research contributions have been cited more than 270 times.
