Lauren Brocki is an accomplished educator and early childhood researcher serving as a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education at Southern Cross University, where she has held tutor positions in early childhood education units, including TCHR3001 Early Childhood Matters. Her academic background includes a Masters with Merit in Early Years Education and Childhood Studies, a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Education, Qualified Teacher Status for Primary and Early Years, a BA (Hons), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an International Montessori Diploma, and Early Years Teacher Status. Brocki's career encompasses early years teaching, curriculum development, and tertiary education roles across Australia and the United Kingdom. She currently also holds a Lecturer position in the School of Education within the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences and Education at the University of New England.
Her research specializations focus on quality improvement in early childhood education and care, educator qualifications, perspectives of early childhood education and care stakeholders, and Montessori education.
