Md. Mostafizur Rahman serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at Presidency University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and an MSc in Soil, Water, and Environment from the University of Dhaka. Rahman joined Presidency University as Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Department of Civil Engineering, playing a key role in its development during the institution's transformative phase.
