Professor Meg Smith serves as Head of Discipline, Management in the School of Business at Western Sydney University. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts. Her research specializations encompass gender pay equity, work value, occupational segregation, equal remuneration, wage-setting, corporate green innovation, and migrant entrepreneurs and firm innovation.
