Dr. Minalli Vasandani is a Lecturer in the Discipline of Health Services Management at Griffith University, affiliated with the Griffith Business School's Department of Management. She serves as the Academic Convenor for Work Integrated Learning and convenes key courses including Healthcare Systems (3205MED), Health Workforce Planning and Management (7305MED), and Work Integrated Learning Part 1 (7316MED_Y1) and Part 2 (7316MED_Y2). Located at S07 3.19, 226 Grey Street, South Bank Campus, Queensland, she contributes to the HDR Candidate Representative Consultative Committee as an Academic group/element committee HDR representative until 31 December 2026. Additionally, she holds an international leadership role in the Department of Management. As a dentist specialising in Periodontology and Implantology, Dr. Vasandani possesses over a decade of experience as a health services manager, researcher, and educator, integrating her clinical expertise with academic pursuits in health services management.
Dr. Vasandani's research focuses on work-integrated learning, employability skills development, and graduate outcomes in health services management. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications, including 'Transferable skills and graduate attributes: Analysis of health service management work integrated learning' (Australasian Journal of Health Management, 2024, with S. Lloyd and J. O. Salvacion), 'Graduate Employment Outcomes of Health Service Management Work Integrated Learning Students' (2023, with S. Lloyd and J. O. Salvacion), 'Developing an institutional evaluation of the impact of Work-Integrated Learning on employability and employment' (International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning, 2018, with others), 'Post-implementation Evaluation of a Digital Dictation System in Medical Wards' (2020, with C.
