Norma Hall served as Dean of the School of Nursing and Associate Professor of Nursing at the University of Indianapolis, joining the institution in 2007. Her academic background includes an Associate of Science in Nursing (A.S.N.) from Indiana State University in 1992, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002, a Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) from the University of Indianapolis in 2007, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) from the University of Southern Indiana in 2013. (2016), 'Strategies for Improving Patient Throughput in an Acute Care Setting Resulting in Improved Outcomes: A Systematic Review' (2016), and 'Community-Based Home Health Programs and Chronic Disease: Synthesis of the Literature' (2018). Under her leadership, the School of Nursing developed a primary care and informatics minor, secured a $3 million grant for program support, and introduced online graduate programs, enhancing access to nursing education and community-focused initiatives.
