Professor Pek-Lan Khong is a clinician-scientist and Professor of Radiology at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). She serves as Head of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Director of the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC). She received her medical degree from the National University of Singapore and holds qualifications including MBBS, MD, and FRCR. Professor Khong previously held the position of Professor and Head of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Hong Kong.
Her research interests include general paediatric radiology, with a focus on perinatal and neonatal imaging, as well as paediatric neuroradiology. She has contributed to the academic field through her roles in clinical practice, research leadership, and departmental administration at NUS. Professor Khong is also involved in advancing clinical imaging capabilities through her directorship at CIRC.
