Challenges students to grow and excel.
Sue Hammond held the position of Teaching Support Technician in the Department of Anatomy at the University of Otago. Her responsibilities included supporting teaching activities within the department. She was listed among the teaching and research support staff on the department's staff page in previous versions. In the May 2020 issue of the department's newsletter 'The Inside Story', Sue Hammond was highlighted for missing the 218 steps of the Lindo Ferguson Building stairs during lockdown and incorporating a similar daily step count into her workout routine. Additionally, Sue Hammond provided technical assistance in preparing some of the figures for the research publication 'Infant death in late prehistoric Southeast Asia' by S.E. Halcrow et al., published in 2008 as part of the Records of the Australian Museum series. This contribution supported the study's analysis of infant mortality patterns in prehistoric contexts from the Department of Anthropology, University of Otago.
