Sze Dai Pang is Dean's Chair Associate Professor and Deputy Head (Academic Matters) in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS) College of Design and Engineering. He also serves as Director of the Centre for Resource Circularity and Resilience. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from NUS.
His research focuses on sustainable construction and structural engineering, with contributions to low-carbon materials, green cement composites, protective technology, modular construction, and the use of graphene nanoplatelets in cement-based materials. He has been involved in projects related to 3D concrete printing and decarbonising the built environment.
