- Based at Liverpool Campus with occasional travel to Wollongong
- Position will be offered at level commensurate with experience
- Level B: $119,491 - $137,996 + 17% Superannuation
- Level C: $145,142 - $163,693 + 17% Superannuation

The School of Education has a strong profile in providing highly regarded pre-service teacher education in Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary contexts, and in providing continuing professional education via postgraduate coursework.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join the School of Education at UOW’s Liverpool Campus as an Academic in Primary Education, Curriculum and Pedagogy. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and teach Curriculum and Pedagogy subjects within the Bachelor of Primary Education, as well as contribute to other key learning areas and professional subjects aligned with your expertise. You’ll play a vital role in supporting preservice teacher placements, supervising research students, and helping to grow the Bachelor of Primary Education program across campuses.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the School’s research agenda, engage in governance and service activities, and support community and professional partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic academic team, shaping the next generation of primary educators through teaching, research, and meaningful engagement with the wider education community.
