Academic Mentor

This part-time position requires academic mentors to meet with student-athletes weekly during regularly scheduled sessions to foster academic independence and encourage self-regulated learning.

Assist student-athletes in their academic endeavors by providing supplemental support.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction in the areas of time management, organization, note-taking, studying, and test-taking strategies, all within the scope of UGA, SEC, and NCAA rules and regulations, while maintaining a supportive environmentPercentage of time:70
