Salary: UOM 7 - $111,275 – $120,453 p.a. (pro-rata for part-time) plus 17% super

Your next career opportunity
In this pivotal coordinator role, you will lead delivery of academic programs across the student lifecycle. You will manage a small team, drive process improvements, and collaborate widely to enhance psychology students’ experience.
What you will deliver:
  • Coordinate end-to-end administration of coursework and graduate research programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for all students.
  • Lead, support and develop Academic Programs Officers, allocating work and providing guidance on complex academic administration matters.
  • Serve as first escalation point for academic program issues, applying policy to resolve challenging student and course cases.
  • Work cross-functionally with colleagues and stakeholders to streamline processes, share best practice and support business continuity.
  • Lead and contribute to academic programs projects, continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with University policies and procedures
You may be a great fit if:
  • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent combination of education, training and substantial higher education experience.
  • Bring extensive experience coordinating academic programs and leading small teams within a complex university or similar environment.
  • Demonstrate strong skills interpreting and applying academic policies, procedures and regulations to varied student and course matters.
  • Exhibit advanced organisational and problem-solving abilities, managing competing priorities, projects and deadlines in high-pressure periods.
  • Identify, design and implement process improvements that enhance service quality, efficiency and student and staff experiences.
  • Use student and client management systems confidently, with aptitude for quickly learning new University platforms and tools.
