In this role, you will coordinate key elements of the Melbourne Dental School Timetable Transformation Project. You will streamline complex scheduling and systems, improving learning experiences for students and supporting academic staff.
- Coordinate key activities within the Timetable Transformation Project, ensuring milestones, dependencies and risks are clearly tracked and managed.
- Develop and refine scheduling and timetabling processes and tools to prevent issues and improve service quality and consistency.
- Provide accurate, timely advice on timetabling, clinical placement scheduling and policies to academics, professional staff and students.
- Log, monitor and resolve technical issues in scheduling systems, maintaining clear documentation and supporting team knowledge transfer.
- Support Academic Programs activities and key School events, contributing coordinated administrative support where priorities demand extra capacity.
- Hold a tertiary degree and bring substantial experience coordinating complex projects or academic administration functions.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, with a record of meeting competing deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Coordinate service or systems changes, including planning implementation activities and supporting stakeholders through process improvements.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in person, producing high-quality documentation, reports and stakeholder updates.
- Use advanced MS Word and Excel confidently, and work comfortably with online platforms such as Qualtrics and Zoom.
- Value collaboration, working effectively both independently and within teams to solve problems and improve processes.

You will join the Academic Programs team within the renowned Melbourne Dental School. Based at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, you will collaborate daily with clinicians, academics and administrators.
