Academic Skills Tutor

services colleagues at the Tooting Campus to develop students’ academic skills. This is done through in-person and online tutorials, City St George’s VLE, and group sessions within the curriculum.

The role will be based at the Tooting Campus and will require the post-holder to offer in-person provision at least two days of the week and ideally an extra Friday per month.

We look for candidates that are able to start immediately. Please specify in the application how soon you will be able to start in the role.

The successful candidate will hold a postgraduate teaching qualification, and have experience of delivering academic skills support to students in an FE or HE learning environment. We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.
