Providing secretarial support for school committees;Handling enquiries and liaising with internal and external parties;Assisting in general administrative duties including office management, event organisation, recruitment, budgeting and staff supervision; andPerforming any other duties as assigned by the Dean (S&T) or his/her nominee(s).Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A recognised degree with post-qualification working experience, preferable in the tertiary education sector;
- Attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible and have the ability to multitask;
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills;
- Good computer skills; and
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
