What You Will Get To Do
· Administer and continuously improve Dunwoody Immersive's Canvas learning environment.
· Prepare courses, enrollments, academic terms, and learning environments for successful semester launches.
· Coordinate onboarding activities for partner school districts and ensure students have everything they need for a successful start.
· Serve as the primary operational resource for students by resolving questions related to Canvas, enrollments, course access, and academic technology.
· Generate participation and progress reports that help school districts support student success.
· Collaborate with business development, academic, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional experience for students and school partners.
· Develop support documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational resources that make it easier for students and educators to succeed.
· Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and create scalable operational systems as Dunwoody Immersive continues to grow.
· Help build the academic technology infrastructure that will support thousands of future learners.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience administering the Canvas Learning Management System in higher education or a K–12 environment.
· 3+ years of experience in academic technology, educational technology, higher education administration, or related operational roles.
· Strong understanding of Canvas course administration, enrollments, academic terms, and learning management system workflows.
