Basic Function
This is a temporary, professional expert opportunity.

Representative Duties

• Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors at the Disabled Students Programs & Services front desk.
• Provide general information about Disabled Students Programs & Services services, eligibility, and intake procedures.
• Schedule appointments for Disabled Students Programs & Services counselors and specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of student contacts, services provided, and accommodation usage.
• Assist with data entry and reporting for program compliance and tracking.
• Support the coordination of Disabled Students Programs & Services events, workshops, and outreach efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA and ADA guidelines.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to high school diploma.

Kern Community College District Salary Schedules
$19.05/hour
