Dynamic Systems (DSI), LLC, an HVAC and plumbing mechanical contractor, is seeking an
experienced Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Accounting organization. This is a
hands-on leadership role with responsibility for core general ledger accounting, financial close,
and balance sheet reconciliation process.
The role will partner closely with senior Accounting and Finance leadership, providing an
opportunity to broaden both technical and leadership capabilities. This is an onsite position
based in Buda, TX.
What You'll Do
General Ledger & Close
• Lead key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring
financial results are complete, accurate, appropriately supported, and delivered within
established timelines
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded in
accordance with U.S. GAAP and Company accounting policies
• Review and approve journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll
related entries, fixed assets, intercompany activity, reclassifications, and other
accounting entries
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, including review and timely resolution of
discrepancies
• Perform and review account analyses and investigate unusual balances, fluctuations, and
transactions
• Monitor close performance and implement improvements that enhance both the speed
and quality of the close
• Support ongoing compliance with Company accounting policies and internal control
requirements
Fixed Assets, Inventory & Leases
• Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and
reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Manage lease accounting, including tracking, amortization, and compliance with
applicable lease accounting standards

Requirements
- <p></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For </strong></p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </p><p>• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or </p><p>oversight capacity </p><p>• Hands-on knowledge of fixed assets, inventory, and lease accounting </p><p>• Prior experience working in the general ledger and financial close process </p><p>• Construction, contracting, or project-based accounting experience strongly preferred </p><p>• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large or complex financial datasets </p><p></p><p><strong>Preferred </strong></p><p>• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Vista) </p><p>• CPA or active CPA candidate strongly preferred. </p><p>• Big 4 or other national public accounting experience preferred but not required. </p><p>• Combination of public accounting and industry experience. </p><p></p><p></p>
