Job Description
The Accreditation and Integration Coordinator for Health Sciences provides high-level executive administrative, analytical, and logistical support directly to the Chief Accreditation and Integration Officer (CAIO). This role serves as a centralized administrative anchor specifically focused on supporting the accreditation processes and the operational workflows of the Center for IPE and Simulation (CIPES). Operating within a unified enterprise structure, this position supports the CAIO's direct reports within Simulation Operations, Simulation and SP Programming, Interprofessional Education (IPE), and Life Support Skills.
This role reports directly to the Chief Accreditation and Integration Officer for Health Sciences
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, education, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a high-level administrative support,
executive assistant, or program coordination role. Demonstrated experience working within a complex higher education, health professions program, or academic healthcare environment strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Document Control and Review: Assist the CAIO with the clerical formatting, systematic organization, and digital archiving of all required accreditation documents across multiple health professions programs to ensure consistency, timeliness, and completeness prior to submission
