Job Summary

This position will facilitate learning for an associate in applied science degree in the Power Transmission & Distribution Technology Program within the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics. Instruction will include CDL driver training for students.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Experience: Must have educational qualifications to teach in subject area or have documented specialty education/experience to meet tested experience requirements, as per the Higher Learning Commission’s publication on Determining Qualified Faculty, and provide leadership in an academic discipline and/or degree program. Programs with discipline-specific external accreditation may have more stringent training and experience requirements.

Certifications/Licensure: Valid Oklahoma Class A CDL driver’s license.

Education

Associate’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
