Adjunct Faculty, ESL

The English as a Second Lanuage Institute at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga invites applications for the position of Adjunct Faculty.

Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

• Preparing course plans and materials
• Delivering courses
• Monitoring progress/attendance
• Advising students
• Recording grades and submitting reports

Qualifications:

Instructor with a Master's degree is preferred; however, candidates will be considered who have an undergraduate degree plus a CELTA or other TESOL certification. Two (2) years teaching experience in discipline is preferred. This is a part-time, temporary position that may require day, evening and/or weekend availability.
