Developmental courses include topical coverage of foundational mathematics skills (solving relevant mathematical problems using numeracy, mathematical thinking and investigations, proportional reasoning, personal financial applications and fundamental algebraic reasoning) as well as courses teaching basic algebraic concepts that prepare students for college level mathematics in the STEM/Business pathways (solving equations, graphing linear equations in two variables, solving systems of equations and operations on polynomials). Technology and real-life applications are integrated throughout all courses.
College-Level Statistics and Support for Statistics

Other topics such as chi-square distribution and F-distribution will be covered as time permits. This course emphasizes the practical understanding and use of concepts and procedures essential to statistical analysis (statistical software may be used at the instructor's discretion for solving applied problems).
