Responsibilities
- Creatinga course syllabus utilizing the approved college template.
- Designinglessons, activities, assignments, and assessments to meet the establishedcourse description as well as program, course, and college learning outcomesand/or objectives while addressing each student’s needs as diverse learners.
- Meetingall college deadlines for submission of attendance, grades, and data collectionfor assessment of student learning.
- Incorporatinglearning-centered principles and concepts while motivating students to activelyparticipate in their educational experiences.
- Integratinginstructional and classroom technology (if applicable) appropriately andeffectively to deliver and enhance teaching and learning.
- Workingcollaboratively with professional colleagues to serve the needs of students andthe community.
- Modelingprofessionalism with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills.
Preferred Experience
Master'sdegree in Mathematics or a Master's Degree in a related field with 18 graduatehours in Mathematics.

- Teaching at a Community College or Vocational/Technical institution.
- Teaching traditionally underserved populations.
- Incorporating technology and multimedia applications into teaching and learningprocess.
- Teaching in multiple instructional modalities.
- Utilizing Learning Management Systems.
