Job Description
As part of our continuing education health care programs, you will join a team of healthcare professionals ready to inspire our motivated students to succeed in the CNA program, as well as enjoying a great working environment and flexible work hours. We are currently seeking part-time CNA instructors to teach about 10 hours per week.
WORK LOCATIONS: Hiring for Davenport (Urban campus) and/or Clinton area, and/or Jackson County/Maquoketa area. These are daytime hours, Part-Time.

Required Qualification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nurse with an active Iowa RN license to teach CNA classes and clinical
Must have 2 years' experience as a registered nurse (preferably in long term care).
Must have the ability to work with a diverse student population.
Excellent communication skills along with a high level of initiative and practical judgement is highly preferred.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing instruction within the CNA program. Teach approved curriculum and course work.
