Adjunct Faculty, Production Sound for Film & Series
MICA's departments of MFA Filmmaking and UGS Film & Video seek a professional Sound Mixer to teach a 1.5 credit course covering industry level techniques for recording sound on set and documentary production. The instructor will teach with sound equipment housed at the JHU/MICA Film Centre Equipment Cage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience on professional film sets and proven experience with creating and teaching a syllabus with these sound capture skills. The dates of this seven week course run August 29 - October 10, 2025.
