We seek educators and practitioners who are committed to preparing ethical, reflective, and culturally responsive counselors through engaging instruction, mentorship, and supervision.

Assignments may include day, evening, hybrid, or online courses, though many opportunities involve instruction and supervision on Husson University's Bangor campus.

  3. Practicum and Internship Supervision - Courses involving clinical supervision, professional development, case consultation, and evaluation of counseling students completing field experiences in school or clinical settings.
  4. Group Process and Group Counseling - Courses exploring theories of group development, group dynamics, facilitation skills, and therapeutic group interventions.
  5. Counseling Techniques - Courses introducing foundational helping skills, counseling interventions, interviewing techniques, and therapeutic relationship development.
  6. Career Development and Counseling - Courses focused on career theories, vocational assessment, career decision-making, and counseling strategies that support educational and occupational development.
  7. Crisis Intervention - Courses examining theories, models, and interventions for responding to crisis situations, trauma, and community emergencies.
  8. Counseling Children and Adolescents - Courses exploring counseling approaches, developmental considerations, and evidence-based practices for working with children, adolescents, and their families.
  9. Counseling Electives - Specialized courses aligned with faculty expertise and program needs.

Additional teaching opportunities may arise within the counseling curriculum. Applicants are encouraged to indicate areas of teaching expertise, clinical specialization, and interest in supervising practicum and internship experiences.
