Adjunct Instructor - Child and Family Studies

Tarleton State University invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor in the Division of Child Development and Family Studies. The Adjunct Faculty positions support growing student enrollment for the 2025-2026 Academic Year at our online campus. Successful candidates may teach up to six (6) semester credit hours in Family Life Education, Child Life, and Early Childhood Education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and/or laboratory offerings to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and design assessments.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Engage students in active learning and provide academic support through office hours.

These are temporary appointments for the Academic Year 2025-2026 sub-terms.
