Adjunct Instructor - Intro to Arts Management and Administration
Ursinus College invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach one four-credit course in Intro to Arts Management and Administration during the Spring 2026 semester.
Course Description:
This introductory course provides students with a broad overview of the field of arts management and administration, including foundational topics such as budgeting, fundraising, marketing, nonprofit structures, programming, and audience development. No prior coursework is required; the course is open to students from a wide range of disciplines.
This four-credit course will meet on Thursdays from 6-8:30pm on Ursinus College campus beginning the week of January 26, 2026, in a 150-minute in-person weekly seminar.

Demonstrated expertise or professional experience in arts administration, cultural management, or related fields
Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level preferred
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; terminal degree or significant field experience preferred
