Qualifications:
Candidates must be qualified to teach “Telling Stories: Selling Stories,” an introductory course focused on identifying and exploring the functions of narrative through different media. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced teacher who applies active student-learning methods in the classroom.
Education Required:
Ph.D. or ABD in English, Literature, Cultural Studies or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Two sections of this course will be offered in-person on Jefferson’s East Falls campus in the Fall semester on a Mon/Wed schedule at 11:00 am to 12:15 pm and 12:30 to 1:45 pm. Classes begin on August 24th and final grades are due by December 21st.
