OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Adjunct Instructors for the following courses:
- JPNS 1001 Japanese Elements I, 4 Credit Hours.
- JPNS 1002 Japanese Elements II, 4 Credit Hours.
- JPNS 2701 Japanese Intermediate I, 4 Credit Hours.
- JPNS 2702 Japanese Intermediate II, 4 Credit Hours.
Applicants will teach one to two sections of beginning and / or intermediate Japanese (first- and second-year Japanese language) based on the Genki textbook. Courses will be delivered in-person. Each course meets three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at regularly scheduled class periods. Applicants will have the opportunity to work with students with various majors.
These positions are part-time for the semester, with the possibility to continue teaching in the future. Successful applicants will teach up to two courses per semester.
