Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project
management.
Professional or teaching experience in project management,
supply chain management, operations management, or related
functional areas.
Experience using project management platforms such as Jira,
Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar systems suitable for
professional and educational use.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to teach
complex technical concepts to graduate business students.
Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and engagement with
a diverse student population.

Preferred qualifications:
- The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from
the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- A terminal degree (Ph.D., D.B.A., or equivalent) in a relevant
field or significant senior-level industry experience in
operations, supply chain, or business analytics.
- Hands-on project management experience.
- Prior teaching experience in supply chain management,
operations, information systems, or business analytics.
- Experience designing applied, practice-oriented coursework,
including case studies, simulations, and project-based
learning.
- Familiarity with emerging project management technologies such
as agentic AI & intelligent automation, data analytics
integration, and digital supply networks.
- Experience working with industry partners or professionally
oriented graduate programs.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current with evolving
project and product management technologies and integrating them
into teaching.
- Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate
intercultural competence and a commitment to serving our campus
community as it relates to teaching and, as applicable,
service.
Salary commensurate with degree level and experience
- Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 - $6,677 per full-time
month
The salary schedule information for the Lecturer – Academic Year
Classification is available based on the following ranges:
- CSU Classification Salary Range Lecturer A - AY: $5,507 -
$6,677 per full-time month
The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of
the appropriate range, commensurate with education and
experience.
