On-Site Requirement: Faculty should be able to teach courses on campus and attend required meetings. Online courses may be a possibility, but this is not a remote position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitating instruction as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi
- Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned to the specific section(s)
- Regularly and frequently evaluating and reporting the academic progress of students
- Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook
- Submitting grades and attendance as the instructors of record
- Communicating with students and other faculty using the College email messaging syste
Required Qualifications:
- minimum a master's degree in their teaching field or have completed at least 18 graduate semester hours (or equivalent) in their Radiochemistry teaching field and hold a master's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
- or
- an associate's degree in their teaching field or closely related field from a regionally accredited college/university and three years' work experience in the Radiochemistry field
Availability/Closing Date: This posting is not a guarantee of an open position. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer.
