Job Description:
CONTRACT TYPE: Semester based.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Department of Psychology at Salve Regina University invites applications for a part-time adjunct position to teach undergraduate psychology courses in the areas of Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and/or Developmental Psychology. This listing is for courses in Spring 2027, with potential opportunities to continue teaching in future semesters. Adjunct faculty in this position would teach 1-2 courses per semester. Most of these courses are scheduled to meet once or twice a week in the evenings.
Requirements:
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and/or Developmental Psychology preferred.
