Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across a range of academic and student administration activities, including assessment extensions, examination preparation and grade processing.
- Coordinate meetings, events and day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the School and compliance with established procedures.
- Deliver responsive and professional support to students, staff and external stakeholders, managing enquiries and providing accurate information and guidance.
- Maintain and update records, systems and databases, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the effective delivery of administrative services across the School.
About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement and a proactive approach.
- An understanding of, or the ability to quickly develop knowledge of, student and academic administration processes and practices.
