Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the college’s Dean, faculty, staff, and students, including managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in advising and registration of students.
- Prepare and process official correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update college records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate communication between the college and other university colleges, departments, and services.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of college events, workshops, and conferences.
- Respond to general inquiries from students, faculty, and visitors.
- Assist in budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management for college supplies and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean or college administration.

- Academic knowledge - Must have foundational knowledge of healthcare academic education.

- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business.
- Prior experience in Academic Healthcare Administration or any other related field.
