AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time pharmacist to drive its mission of improving the health and wellness of our communities. In this pivotal role, the Full-time clinic administrative assistant will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and clinic related paperwork. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Clinic Manager and medical staff.
- Maintain accurate records of clinic operations, staff schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate procurement requests and inventory management for medical and office supplies.
- Support the onboarding of clinic staff and coordination of staff training sessions.
- Assist in organizing health awareness events and employee wellness initiatives.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Facilities departments for operational coordination.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and institutional policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Be thorough, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with handling both administrative and patient-facing tasks.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Familiar with basic computer programs and the ability to learn new software is necessary.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or university environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
