Administrative Support: Provides general administrative
support to department by managing all filing and maintaining the
filing system. Completes data entry, photocopying, and assists in
the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence as
needed. Schedules appointments, meetings, and conference room
reservations. Provides administrative support to staff and
management, including handling routine inquiries and performing
tasks as directed.
Maintains Office and Supplies: Ensures the office is
kept clean, organized, and functional at all times. Performs
inventory of office supplies and requests/orders additional
supplies as needed.

demonstrating a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong
moral and ethical principles, values, truthfulness, and accuracy in
all actions. Addresses all student and employee behavior in a
confidential and respectful manner.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation
standards/requirement, as well as all MATC policies and
procedures.
Required Education & Experience : High school diploma or
equivalent and a minimum of six (6) months of office
experience.
Preferred Education & Experience : High school diploma
or equivalent and one (1) year or more of office experience.

Additional Skills and Abilities:
The position is specific to receptionist duties in the MATC Dental
Hygiene Clinic. Duties include, but are not limited to the
following:
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Taking payments for services
- Downloading patient radiographs into the patient record
system
- Scheduling student rotation days
- Answering phone calls
- Supporting clinic operations as required.
Supplemental Information
Start Date: This position supports the Healthcare Pathway,
Dental Hygiene Clinic and is available to start immediately.
Hours: This position is a full-time position and works 40
hours a week (in-person) - 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. All
work must be performed in the state of Wisconsin.
Compensation: Hourly pay rates are listed up to the midpoint
of the range and placement is determined based on years of
experience, internal equity, and a review of the applicant's
employment and educational background as listed on the job
application.
