Felician University is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and industrious administrative professional to serve as the part-time administrative assistant for the Marketing and Communications Department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and financial support to the Marketing & Communications office, managing expense processes, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. In addition to financial tasks, the role supports general office operations and assists with the coordination of marketing projects, events, and communications.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with financial or administrative processes (expense coding, POs, invoices)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Smartsheets preferred
- Ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
