Position Summary
WashU's Division of Student Affairs seeks an administrative professional for the position of Administrative Assistant. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare our students for lifelong success.
Administrative Assistant will provide essential operational support, including managing communications, calendars, records, billing, supplies, and compliance-related reports.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception.
- Office space management.
- Maintenance of case management system.
- Student Conduct Board hearing coordination and administration.
- Perform student conduct checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:

- Normal office environment.
- Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations.
Physical Effort
- Typically working at desk or table.
- Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement.
- Occasional lifting (25 lbs or less).
