The Administration Officer provides high‑quality administrative, organisational and customer service support to FNQ Connect, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations and excellent service to staff, students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional administrative and secretarial support aligned with University processes
  • Prepare accurate correspondence, documents, data entry and maintain systems.
  • Coordinate workflow, scheduling, meetings and diary management.
  • Provide timely communication and stakeholder support.
  • Contribute to continuous service and process improvements.

What You Bring

  • Qualifications/experience aligned with HEWL 5 and the JCU Enterprise Agreement.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and databases
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to manage high enquiry volumes.
  • Effective organisational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Monday.Com and Salesforce preferred
