Salary: $55,000 per year

Arizona Western College is seeking an Administrative/Grants Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA). This position is at the heart of the program's operations, helping bring together the financial, administrative, and grant-related pieces that keep this work on track.

Typical Duties:

Serves Students. Compliance with administrative standards for federal cost principles 2 CFR Part 200. Provides operational and grants management support across all MBAA functions.

Procurement administration, processing, financial tracking against the approved budget

Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher, with 4 years' experience relevant to the role
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Arizona Driver's License or Equivalent

Salary:
$55,000 per year

Grant Funded (Empower 2 Grow Grant) - Scheduled to end no later than August 2027
Exempt, $55,000 12-month annual salary
